Warranty Terms The InteliLite 4 AMF 8 controller is covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase or delivery, unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions. During the warranty period, defective products will be repaired or replaced, at the manufacturer's discretion, free of charge. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from: Improper installation, misuse, or negligence. Unauthorized modifications or repairs. Electrical surges, fire, flooding, lightning, or other natural disasters. Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage. Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase invoice and the product serial number. The customer is responsible for shipping the product to the authorized service center unless otherwise agreed.

Shipping Note Delivery will be made to the address specified by the customer. Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on product availability and destination. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be included in the quotation or invoice. The customer should inspect the package upon delivery and report any visible damage or missing items immediately. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery to the designated address or authorized recipient. Any delivery delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond the supplier's control. For urgent deliveries or special shipping requirements, please contact our sales team before placing the order. Any discrepancy in shipment must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
